These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the Exam Sheild Mentorship Program (“Program”) provided by iiHub LLP, operating through examsheild.in. By purchasing or accessing this Program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of the Program

The Exam Sheild Mentorship is a digital educational program delivered electronically via email and/or online access. No physical products are shipped.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your debit/credit card or banking details. Access to the Program is granted only after successful payment confirmation.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While the Program is designed to improve exam preparation strategy, iiHub LLP does not guarantee specific ranks, scores, admissions, or outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, consistency, and various external factors beyond our control.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided under this Program — including notes, PDFs, strategies, assessments, videos, and resources — are the intellectual property of iiHub LLP. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or publicly upload any part of the Program without written permission. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

5. Personal Use Only

Access to the Program is strictly for individual use. Sharing login credentials or distributing materials to others is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

6. Refund Policy Reference

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of the Program, refunds are not available once access has been granted, except in specific exceptional cases outlined in the Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

iiHub LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Program.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
