These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the IITuitions Mentorship Program (“Program”) provided by IITUITIONSHUB LLP. By purchasing or accessing this Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
The IITuitions Mentorship Program is a digital educational service that includes a 1-on-1 strategy session and access to digital materials such as PDFs, question banks, and preparation resources. No physical products are shipped.
All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We do not store or have access to your debit/credit card or banking information. Access to the Program is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
While the Program is designed to improve exam strategy and preparation efficiency, IITUITIONSHUB LLP does not guarantee specific ranks, scores, admissions, or outcomes. Academic performance depends on individual effort, consistency, prior preparation level, and other external factors beyond our control.
All materials provided under this Program — including strategy documents, notes, PDFs, question banks, session recordings (if any), and other resources — are the intellectual property of IITUITIONSHUB LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, publish, or upload any part of the Program without prior written permission. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
Access to the Program is strictly for individual use. Sharing materials, forwarding PDFs, or allowing others to attend your 1-on-1 session is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.
The Program is a digital service. Once access to materials is granted or a mentorship session is scheduled, the purchase is considered fulfilled. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not applicable after delivery of materials or confirmation of session booking, except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
IITUITIONSHUB LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Program. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
