This Refund Policy applies to the IITuitions Mentorship Program provided by IITUITIONSHUB LLP. The Program is a digital educational service that includes instant access to materials and/or scheduling of a 1-on-1 mentorship session.
Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to proprietary materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable once:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit the right to claim a refund after access is granted.
Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original payment time. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be considered.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed via the original payment method through Cashfree Payments within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital access may result in immediate suspension of access and submission of usage records to the payment processor. We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before raising a dispute.
